Place: Santa Fe Grille & Bar - 137 Washington Street Rocky Hill, NJ 08553

Who: All LUG/IP members and honorary members, spouses, significant others.

Cost:  $30 per person.

RSVP: Please let me know by December 5th if and how many are attending.

We've arranged a nice location for our annual Holiday Party at the Santa
Fe Grille & Bar.

Working with the owner we've secured a nice menu and a private room and
wait staff in a nice upscale restaurant that has excellent food and a a
nice atmosphere.

An assortment of appetizers will be served prior to the meal.

Menu Choices:

Black & Bleu Steak -
Blackened 10oz N.Y. Strip Steak with crumbled Bleu Cheese

Pasta Primavera with Chicken (no other sides)
Penne Pasta with Chicken, Zucchini, Squash, Roasted Red Peppers, Red
Onion, Carrots and Spinach with Oil, Garlic,and Parmesan Cheese served
with Garlic Bread

Pasta Primavera (no other sides)
Penne Pasta, Zucchini, Squash, Roasted Red Peppers, Red Onion, Carrots
and Spinach with Oil, Garlic,and Parmesan Cheese served with Garlic Bread

Chicken topped with Roasted Red Pepper Salsa

Salmon with Orange Balsamic Glaze
Salmon topped with Orange Balsamic Glaze served with Spanish Rice and
Fresh Vegetables

All Dinners come with fresh Vegetables and choice of: Spanish Rice,
French Fries, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Black or Refried Beans (unless
other wise stated) as well as Soft-Drinks, Coffee or Tea.

Dessert Choices include:

Peanut Butter Pie
Chocolate Pie crust filled with rich peanut butter and chocolate chips
and topped with whipped cream

Chocolate Pudding Cake
Chocolate Layers of Moist Cake with Pudding in between,smothered in a
Chocolate Frosting topped with Chocolate Shavings served with Whipped Cream

Anything from the Bar will be cash-only.

We're very excited about this year's party....we've carefully selected a
establishment with excellent food and the kind of atmosphere we believe
our members would feel most comfortable so that we can enjoy a pleasant
evening together to celebrate another year's worth of success.
