[lugip] bluetooth mouse

Further update: I can put my cell phone into bluetooth mode
and see it on my laptop, from both Linux and WinXP.  Don't
know what I can do with a cell phone connected to my laptop,
but it connects.

So I guess it is the mouse that is acting badly.
