[lugip] bluetooth mouse

i was trying to get my bluetooth headset that i use on my phone to maybe
talk to my laptop.  but i was first trying to figure out why my laptop
BT light wasn't lit.  turned it was one interface card short of a party.
i don't have any other BT hw.  sorry.
