This will be a round table discussion about what makes a good system
administrator whether it be a *NIX or a Windows administrator

It's hard to know what makes a good system administrator. Part of it is
wisdom and experience, part is natural talent. Another component develops
with time. This round table talk hopefully will have some useful nuggets of
in site to spark intuition in a budding junior administrator's mind.
