[lugip] vmware?

A nice feature of newer versions is that this process is automatic. VMWare pauses for a few seconds to recompile and load the modules, then everything continue along normally. I do remember back when running the perl script manually was required everytime the kernel was upgraded, but it doesnt seem to be required these days... at least on CentOS :)
