The first LUG/IP Coffee Klatch was held this weekend at the Panera on
Nassau Park Blvd between Chuck E Cheese and Target and was a big
success.

10 fellow Linux/computer users showed up to enjoy some stimulating
conversation, free WiFi and the Panera fare. Most of us showed up
around 9am and took over the area to the left of the door where the
fire place is. The conversation ranged from Python and other
programing languages, IDEs, software revision control software, cool
sites people are using for just about anything, Geocaching, and googly
eyes for a crocheted owl. I am sure there were more things discussed
but I only have 2 ears.

If you were away or forgot about the LUG/IP Coffee Klatch this month
the next one is tentavly scheduled for the last Sunday of September.
We will be sending an announcement out later in the month.

Don't forget LUG/IP's Hardware SIG meeting is tonight at the Hamilton
Public Library at 7pm and the regular LUG/IP meeting at the Lawrence
Library is next Wed September 10th at 7pm.

Give a big warm round of applause to Greg Wilson for setting up the
LUG/IP Coffee Klatch.
