I'm looking for inexpensive shared hosting so I can get rid of my static IP. Does anyone have a site to recommend? I need perl and postgresql support. I would also like to be able to keep my URIs intact so I need user directory support even if implemented using apache's mod_rewrite (I'm currently doing this at home on one of my domains).
