[lugip] Looking for a speaker on the topic of dpkg/apt(including making repositories) for LOPS-NJ

Does anyone know a person who knows dpkg/apt really well (including making
repositories)?  We are looking for someone with those qualifications to give
a talk at a future LOPSA-NJ meeting as well as a future LUG/IP meeting.
