Hello *,
    Hope everyone is enjoying the Holiday Season.

    Business is going a bit too well and it is killing me to have to 
say "no" to potential clients. I am searching for someone to join my 
company as a partner and I thought this list would be a good place 
to start.

   I need someone with a breadth of general IT skills - Linux (I 
mostly use Debian), Windows desktop & server, networking, scripting, 
blah, blah, blah. I don't really care if you have all the latest 
certifications but rather a natural aptitude for IT and the skills 
to match.

  I am not really looking for an employee but someone who would like 
to work - or already is working - for themselves and partner with me.

   Compensation is TBD but is some combination of salary and profit 
sharing.

   I don't need someone who is good at sales, I need someone who is 
good at taking projects from conceptions to the finish line without 
a lot of hand-holding. Someone who can easily pick up new software 
and platforms. The person *does* need to be personable since they 
will be interacting with clients. The BOFH need not email me.
