Hi all,
For those who haven't heard, I went solo last September, and a large part of
my business has become training. However, I've only done on-site training
for clients up until now. I've just launched my first open enrollment class,
to be held in a really awesome facility in Edison, NJ, August 3-7.
The class is "Beginning Linux Administration", and LUG/IP members get
referral fees and discounts on the course. For each person you refer, you
get $100. If you're thinking of attending the course yourself, you get $200
off the enrollment fee, but you'll need to email me --
jonesy at owladvisors.com -- to get a discount code you can use in the online
form (or you can just enroll through me and send a check and skip the online
form altogether).
There's no limit on the referral bonuses. If you get a manager to send 5
people, and those people put your email address in the "Who referred you?"
space on the course survey, I'll contact you to collect your $500 fee :)
More info about the course, including a syllabus and link to the training
facility can be found here -->

If you have any other questions, feel free to email me, or continue this
thread if it's of general interest to the list members.
